Provide the wheelchair make and model, existing battery details, available battery space and connector information. Review the controller requirements and protection settings with the equipment supplier. A matching nominal voltage alone does not establish compatibility.

Charging and Communication

Describe typical operating hours, route conditions, connected accessories and charging opportunities. Compare documented usable energy and current limits for the proposed configuration. Range and charging time depend on the complete equipment and operating conditions; they cannot be assigned from battery capacity alone.

Discuss enclosure, connectors, mounting, branding and monitoring needs with Wiren. Availability and development work depend on the selected platform and agreed scope. Request the current specification, drawings, operating instructions and relevant test documents for the exact model.
