At Wiren, we designed our 48V 105Ah golf cart lithium battery specifically for high-load applications such as steep hill climbing, heavy passenger loads, and utility vehicle use.
Key specifications include:
- 51.2V 105Ah LiFePO4 battery
- 200A continuous discharge BMS
- 800A peak discharge capability for up to 33 seconds, 1000A 10ms
- High-power LiFePO4 cells with low internal resistance
- Integrated protection against over-current, over-temperature, and short circuits
This means that even when a fully loaded 4-passenger golf cart encounters a steep incline, the battery can continue delivering the high current required by the motor controller without excessive voltage sag or premature BMS shutdown.
For example, during a demanding hill-climb event requiring 500–600A, the battery remains within its operating capability. During short bursts of acceleration or extreme climbing conditions, the system can provide up to 800A for 33 seconds, ensuring maximum torque and vehicle performance when it is needed most.
Rather than sizing a battery solely based on capacity (Ah), Wiren focuses on both energy storage and power delivery. This approach provides drivers with stronger acceleration, better hill-climbing performance, and a more reliable driving experience under real-world conditions.
